Iím going to keep a diary to try and help me stay focussed and hopefully on the right track. Previously I made diaries and made bold statements about how I would accomplish all these grand goals and then would feel a complete failure if I didnít and go completely off track!
Lots of things (good, bad and horrendous) have happened over the last few years, far too many to go into, but now I finally feel like I am in the right place to make some lifelong changes and say bye bye to all this extra weight I am lugging around.
This diary is for me to read and add to daily and Iíve found some great inspirational websites with fab pics and quotes to help me and just take each day as it comes.
Day 1 -
So far today Iíve had a porridge for breakfast, choc shake for lunch and 1L of water. Am just drinking my 2nd litre as Iím on here and intend on having the 3rd litre at my friends tonight. She wonít tempt me with Xmas goodies as she has done SS before so knows what itís like.
