    Smile 7st Gotta go...Time to become totally HOT!

    WEEK1 /DAY 1 - New Years Day, Good start no hangover so don't have munchies to contend with. I've done this before in 2010 and lost a few stone easily, have put back on due to many miscarriages leading to depression and I eat my feelings so I've ended up back here a proper Heifer.

    Well thats water under the bridge, and I'm moving onwards and upwards so happily I'm at Week 1/Day1 and here we go.....

    Mum so sorry for your lose's, I know how hard it is to have a mc and understand the emotional eating! I was the same. The good thing is you have taken the first step and are back on track. I'm on day one today and have found it surprising easy so I'm sure I will have a shock in the next few days as I get into ketosis

    Week 1- lost 6.5lbs
    Week 2 -lost 2lbs and 3 1/4 inches
    Week 3 - lost 4 1/4lbs
    Week 4 and 5 - 6 3/4 lbs 5 3/4 inches
    week 6 -lost 2.5lb
    week 7 - lost 3.5lb

    5 weeks off plan. Restarted 9/5/2013 (weighed on my scales this morning)

    Week 1 /Day 2 - So first day back at work and it was easier than I'd expected all of the women in the office were complaining about the weight they'd put on over Christmas so me starting a drastic diet was fine as they were all looking at different ones for themselves anyway. Yup the too tight trousers brigade was out in full force today, a few having to resort to leggings LoL!

    Hi Laura, As devastating as it was it's happened so many times now I'm more used to it than not, weird I know but I'm back to happy only thing that's annoying is the state I've let myself get in to! So back to the Cambridge and I will be thin for my birthday in August :0)

    Just grin and bear the first week no matter how crappy you may or may not feel it really really is worth it! Good luck and other peoples pics got me through it the first time it's such a small amount of time for a huge reward xx
