Firstly, Wishing everyone a Happy & Healthy New Year!!
Secondly, after a failed attempt on CD in September I'm now back and ready to get this baby weight off!!! The boy is 6 months old now and I've managed to shift a stone but I need to lost at least another 3-4 if I have any chances of conceiving again so here we go!!!
Weighing in at 17 stone 6 pounds today
but I've done it before and I WILL do it again!!! Any tips for making it easier second time round would be most appreciated.
