Step 1 Sole Source + Hi guys, I am 6 days in and craving carbs

Hi guys I have just started the cambridge diet sole source but had to move
Up to sole source + as I am not keen on the csmbridge products. I only like e soups and do not enjoy the bars. I am craving bread so bad and keep cooking and baking for my family which is tourture but im obsessed with food.

I was 15'stone 12 when I started and having my first weigh in tomorrow. Hoping too see some results. Hoping to lose 5 stone.
 
Today I was weighed and have lost 11lb......yay.....so excited since im only on day 7!

Only 4 stone 1 to go......here goes another week!

Hi nikkibinns, well done on your loss. I am on day 6 and know how you feel about the shakes, I can choke down a banana or chocolate mint but its not easy. I have had to chuck out at least 1 shake everyday and replace it with a couple of eggs. REALLY regret getting 19 shakes (doh!) and 2 bars, can't wait to get some soups tomorrow.
 
I did the same and ate eggs instead bt my consultant allowed me to swap all my stuff for soups. I chocked on the strawberry so decided to make the choc mint in to a mousse bt it was like jelly and the thought of it is making me feel ill.

Well done for getting to day 6 on the shakes, please keep me updated on your progress.... Wishing you luck

I am currently on day 5 and going through the same thing. Have done the diet before and know that it really is worth doing when it comes to weigh-in day but struggling. Well done on your loss just keep strong minded I find looking at the inspirational pictures on the forum/facebook really helps also maybe rather than eating treat yourself with some clothes one size to small ? I did it last time round and it worked until I ended up on a eating binge lol
 
Hi that's a great loss! I'm on day 4 and just ate 4 raw mushrooms so I'm feeling ur pain x

I'm sure the biggest motivation there is for not eating carbs is to see that amount of loss- AMAZING!!! Just finished day 2 & will be having my weigh in on day 7, really cannot wait. Hoping for 6-9 pound loss, hope this is achievable. Keep going and good luck. Your results so far are showing the hard work you have put in!

i'm on day 9 but on day 6 i cheated like silly, ate chicken and rice, almost ate raw potatoes though i was going mad with the hunger. but i've been 100% since. i hope i lose more weight before my weigh in on the 15th
 
Keep going its tough but so worth the results, on that nite starving do going to bed!!!

Haha thats funny....to be honest thats how I ended on sole source plus because I was so hungry I started eating strips of chicken.....I find it easier because I get to eat something lol

SNAP I lost 11lbs at weigh in, was totally worth the pain. SQUEEEEEEEEEEE!
