Oh my goodness
I am in total meltdown, had lost 3 stone on CD before xmas, came off over xmas and New Year and literally ate and drank like a crazy person.
Back on now but in a total state of panic my wedding is 7 weeks away and i HAVE to lose 2 stone to fit in my dress!! (which i have hanging in my mums house, no fittings for me eek) Im wearing a 14 just now and the wedding dress is a small 12!!
I know its all my fault but i am actually having panic attacks as to whether im going to make it!!!
Im doing 2-3 kettlebells and body pump classes at the gym to try and tone too.
Who thinks i'll make it???
