So I've now been on ss for 30 days. So into my 5th week so thought id write a diary to keep me on the straight and narrow :-) also to perhaps help others starting out.
Im 30, I was always a size 12 until about the age of 24. Over the past 6 years I've very slowly put on weight. I don't really have an issue with food, i.e binging I just like 3 meals a day and treats at the weekend. I started cambridge on 03/01, I started at 14.12 I'm quite tall so my goal is around 11 - 11.7.
I've lost 1 stone 7lb in 4 weeks. I'm currently 13.5. Weight losses have been as follows:
Wk 1 -8lb
Wk 2 -6lb
Wk 3 -3lb
I'm doing ss but with the odd bit of chicken to keep me going.
First 10 days were a proper struggle but well into it now and the losses and how I now feel keep me going. Plan at the moment is to do another 4 weeks on ss and see how I feel.
I was a tight size 16 when I started, I'm now a 14 and have bought a load of size 12's to aim too. I'm planning to try them on once a week to see how they feel and I'm so determined to keep going until they fit. I will be skinny again!!!!
