I decided to start a diary as I was posting every week anyway! Hi everyone, my name is Layla and I'm 22. So as I type this I've just finished my 3rd week, this week I've decided to try some bars, the first one I've tried is the malt toffee, it's okay but it was really sweet, excited to try lemon! What flavour bar is your fave?

Thanks jay, I'm doing better than any other diet, taking food out of the equation has really helped! Can't wait for my week 4 weigh in! How are you doing? :)

woowwww 13lbs in week 1 is amazing. Well done. You are doing really well Layla, how ya finding the diet? Im the same... its easier to be on this diet than watching what you eat because its all or nothing for me xxxx

It's going really good, I am obsessed with cooking for my other half at the moment, before he would do all the cooking but I love trying new recipes out on him! Lol but not having to worry about calories is why I think I'm doing so well, takes all the worry out of it! Just tried a lemon bar, wow it's amazing! Haha, how are you finding the diet Hun? Xx

Bloody hell you do have will power. I can't be in the room when my other half is eating. It KILLS me hahah. I'm doing OK thanks hun.. Back on it for the 4th time and for good this time. Ooo I got a lemon bar to try. I love the toffee ones, they remind me of curly wurlys haha xxx

Haha, it's a little disheartening when I don't actually get to eat it! But I'm thinking of the bigger picture :) I will not be bound to cardigans and leggins this summer! Every summer is the same, always covered up, not this time ;) xx

Stupidly forgot to bring any lunch today and also was running too late for breakfast, at work till 8 tonight and I feel so sick! Drinking as much water as I can but oh my god feel like I'm gonna be sick every time I open my mouth! Argh! Weigh in tomorrow... Let's hope I feel better after some "food"
