Step 1 Sole Source Third Time on Cambridge

Hi Everyone,

Today is my first day restarting the Cambridge Weight Loss Plan. This will be my fourth time on the plan having managed to lost 2 on the previous three occasions that I have done the plan, but later putting the weight back on due to returning to my old eating habits.

I am determind that this time I will address my food demons and finally lose the weight once and for all.

I am 31 years old, 5ft 2inch and have weighed in this morning at 13st 3lb. I am aiming to lose 4 stone overall, but have set myself an interim target of 2 stone.

I wanted to introduce myself as I have found this forum to be great support in the past and love reading members weight loss diaries each week, it is really motivating and keeps me going on the hard days.

Good luck to everyone and lets hope that 2014 is the year that the weight demons are finally sent packing!!! :)

Thank you, have to admit I am on day 2 and finding it really difficult today. I have even thought about chewing food and spitting it out....can you consume calories that way lol.
 
I'm on my third try as well, third time lucky! I've learnt that you really need to be in the right mind set for this diet, before I saw it as short term and gave up after just a few days! Thinking of the bigger picture always helps. Good luck!!


Weight loss to date:
Week 1: 13lbs
Week 2: 6lbs
Week 3: 5lbs

Total : 1stone 10lbs
 
That is exactly what I have done, I need to see this through to the end. As hard as it has been today I have managed to still stick to my shakes and water so all is going fine. You have had some amazing weight losses well done
