    Restart after 4 stone weight loss!! Let's get going!! :)

    Hi everyone!

    Im in need of a little help! I started cd in August 2013, I lost 3.5 stone between August and March 2014. But then went on holiday and put about 8lbs back on. I'm finding it so hard to get back into it!! I still want to lose more weight preferably 3stone.

    My original weight was 19 stone. I lost 1 stone myself, and my starting weight for cd was 18.3. I got down to 14.7lbs as my lowest weight. Want to lose another 3/4 stone as my current weight is 15.7.

    Need a a buddy to help me get through it!!

    Hi I'm really struggling I too want to get back into it but worried about it! I lost 3 stone last year and got to my lowest weight of 13,13 for my 30th but have gained 2 stone back on so gutted I've been trying to healthy eat and do slimming world and lose the weight slowly but it's too slow for me and I get fed up then binge eat

    Seriously thinking of trying Cambridge again to drop the weight fast and then learn to maintain

    You can do it!!!

    It's so easy to put back on so I understand ?It's all the goodies and it's bread that bothers me. I love it but as soon as I get a taste for it again...my weight piles on!

    I started back yday.... Thank god!!!

    Are you going to do it?

    Hi hun sorry for late reply

    I started again Yesterday and have got 2 days done so far weirdly enjoying it!
    How are you finding it?

    It's good to have a break from food altho I'm having 2 shakes and an evening meal so kind of doing my own thing and using my products up and then will decide what to do next!

    I'm arguing in my head tho wether to try Cambridge again and drop the weight fast but really learn to keep it off or do it slowly with SW and lose it slow to keep it off
    I feel like I'm setting myself to fail again

    Are you doing sole source? Xx
