Thread: First weigh-in

    Hi I'm new on here but thought it would be good for inspiration an help. Had my first weigh-in today lost 13lb feeling great but still weigh 20.2st so plenty more to loose. Anyone else got a lot of weight to loose ? What success have people had? Any tips would be great-fully received :0)

    Hiya lucy789 I'm new here 2 haven't had my first weigh in yet though. It's on Saturday I'm weighing in on the 8th day. I currently have 8stone 7lbs to lose. Finding it is getting easier. Just need to remember to drink my water.

    How are you finding the shakes?

    Lose 1 Stone - Done
    Fit into a size 18 Jeans - Done
    Lose 2 Stone -Done
    Fit into size 16 Jeans-
    Lose 5 Stone -
    Be a size 14 -
    Lose 6 Stone -
    Lose 8 Stone -
    Maintain current weight at 10 Stone -

    I'm not finding them too bad, think I've got used to the after taste, the soups not so good I only like 2 of them but it's all worth it, same with the bars, hope your weigh in goes well :0)
