    Willpowerwomans Diary

    Hello everyone

    I am starting cambridge on Friday (1st August) good time as any to start.

    I'm about 18-18 1/2 stone ATM and want to be 12st so I will be here for a while! Get my official weight on Friday when I weigh in and collect packs

    I'm 5ft 9 and a size 20 ATM (want to be a size 12)

    I have been a VLCD returner many times over but this FINAL time I'm hoping to beat my best success of all in 2007/8 when I lost 5stone in 4months on lighter life and went from 17st 5 to 12st 5.

    I will be checking out the diaries on here for inspiration as well as seeing if there are any old friends on here.

    I was 18st 3 on my first official weigh in. Future weigh ins will be on Fridays so week one is a little extended. I'm doing step 2 as is more manageable for me but if I can I will try the odd SS day

    SO peed off it said lane swimming on the website it wasn't it was school holidays brat Central. Y can't people control there kids these days! Managed 12 lengths got head butted and left.

    Kids can be a real disaster;-) I love swimming very much, you have chosen great sport activity;-) how is your weight loss going? wish you best of luck with your journey to the new body!

    Aw thank you ginger. I've actually booked myself an appt to look around a local health club this aft. It's a bit pricey 54 a month for a years membership (that's just off peak which I can do as I do shift work) but it has a big pool with sauna steam etc and gym so no need for 30 day shred in my small hot flat! So fingers crossed its nice

    How r u getting on?

    HI WPW! welcome back!! how are your first couple of days going? I'm on hols at the mo (being a saddo and keeping up with the minis) but when I get back I'm right back on the wagon (exante now, prefer to S&S and with the 3 packs a day and the deals they do it does work out cheaper) so will be VLCD-ing probably until Christmas to hopefully, FINALLY get to goal. I've done better than ever before this year so still feeling determined

    So you're still 'seeing' BND that has been a while now! How is it going?

    Health club sounds nice, and worth it if you'll use it but be careful not to overdo it while on VLCD

    Not to bad thanks the evenings are tough but I'm sort of excited (it being my first week) that I'm doing something about my weight and seeing the numbers go down. Starting to feel good too so maybe being day 3 the vitamins have kicked in now. I forget how happy the packs make you

    Still trying to decide if I should do this gym membership...Id like it but will I make the use of it all year or will I be wasting my money. At 54 a month it's not cheep. I'm looking there as it has a big pool I can do lane swimming in and not many health clubs do.
