    Journey to the new me ?

    So today is day 1 for me today and I'm nearly through day one yay me! I have one more pack to have so going to have a hot chocolate before bed.

    So I suppose I should introduce myself, I'm 33 married with 4 kids a 5 year old staffy and an eight week old lab pup so life is busy busy ? I've struggled with my weight for years and tend to loose a couple of stone then give up. My start weight is 19stone 2 lbs yuk! Heaviest I've ever been. So I'm in this for the long haul.

    Cannot wait to go to bed got a bad headache, roll on ketosis ?

    I'm doing ss+ too but I'm doing it with 4 packs plus milk as I think if I have any food I will want more lol xx

    Well day 2 is here! Slept so well last night and I've woke with no headache thank goodness as it was terrible last night. Weather is shocking here so won't be going far, housework day I suppose. Going to try and space my shakes out , I'm thinking 10am, 2pm, 5pm then 8pm will suit me best.

    So excited for first wi on Monday, it's totm so I'm hoping that won't affect it! Xx

    So I've had a choc orange shake for breakfast wasn't daft on it to be honest, thought it had a funny aftertaste , so don't think I will order them again, I'm on my 3rd pint of water, feeling really thirsty today so it's going down easily. Going to have my bar at 2, quite hungry now. Made the older kids cheese omelettes and the wee ones cheese toasties for lunch, it was a challenge cause I looove toasties lol. Never mind will be worth it x

    Day 3 Woke up feeling great although abit tired, was up 3 times with new puppy, forgot how much hard work they were! Already a pint of water and 2 coffees down. X
