I'm going to use this as
My diary as I've not told friends I'm doing this or even my partner! They know I'm on a diet though...

I've been excited about it!!

So I've woken up this morning knowing I can't eat until this evening and already thinking about food because I know I can't eat it lol, even the quick banana I grab before work or sugar in my coffee!

The coffee is bitter :( I usually have 2 sugars but I remind why it's bitter why I can't have sugar! I ran out of red milk so just a drop of green I've used!

Taking my porridge to have at work...getting my nails done by my consultant today at my lunch break, so I'm not surrounded by people eating and take my mind off food hopefully...plus a bit of exercise as it's a walk! Won't drive.

I work with mostly men and they are worse than women with chocolate treats and cakes etc! So it will be hard!!!!

Bored at work.

There is fresh homemade banana bread, muffins chocolate flakes cakes etc in the kitchen and I'm finding it very hard to ignore them and
Stuff :( I've just had a black coffee which is rank.

Just got to keep reminding myself why I'm doing this!!!

It's harder than I thought, had my porridge - maple and pecan was ok :) not very much of it though haha.

Feel moody and headachey and cold wtf is wrong with me! God damn !
 
Keep at it ginzah, the cold / headaches are you getting into ketosis, you should be in ketosis and feeling better by day 3/4. Keep focussing on your week one weigh in, if u stick to it like u r doing it will be worth it. How much do you want to loose in total? :)

My goal at the moment is 5 stone! :( feels like a lifetime away!

I've drank some water today will keep drinking too. Just had my dinner:

275g quorn mince
10g mushroom slices
20g courgette slices
20g green pepper slices
Few pinches of chilli/garlic powder
2 sprays low cal spray
Salt
Pepper

I hope it's ok and in allowances!

Was quite nice!

Had my potato and leek soup at lunch was satisfying!

Can't shift headache so going to have my last shake in a bit as I'm an evening eater thought i would save something sweet to enjoy lol.

Having a raspberry green tea now mmmmm

I just got to think why I'm doing this feel so ridiculous that I'm finding it hard! Makes you realise what you pick at and stuff already!

I did have a tiny nibble corner of banana bread earlier I couldn't help it BUT it literally was a tiny tear from corner just to get a taste my god it was lovely why couldn't it be rank! Feel so guilty. :(
 
Just had my vanilla shake, feel quite full and feel as if i would pick food ight now.

headache is literally doing my head in, so am in bed now with bottle of water, going to settle down and watch some tv series' hopefully have an early night, work and drop daughter off early in AM!

I feel quite positive.

It's funny - my mum was doing her lunch for tomorrow...she had pasta draining usually i wouldn't think twice at just picking at it. I had to stop myself!

I found cooking my own dinner this evening to make me want it more and as i was cooking it, made me less hungry...does that make sense?


hmmmm anyway. bed time :) I am using this as my little diary, but feel free to post anyone. this forum does seem quite lonely and empty haha.

roll on mid week weigh in my consultant wants to do and friday to give me the extra motivation, i so hope any loss! I do give up easily. why, why food? i didnt do drugs except smoke a bit of weed growing up and cut it out straight away when i couldn't be bothered any more. why is food my addict, my comfort, my happiness. bleugh.

need to think of it as the enemy, think of it as bad drugs. food is bad drugs to me now! :p
 
I'm feeling hungry and moody.

Had milky coffee this morning and my apple/cinnamon porridge.

Drank water

Manager bought lots of cookies etc in this morning, urge was mental but said no even though sat here envious lol.

Working at a desk makes me want to pick!

This is hard as I even pick at fruit also :(

Just want to eat can't wait until dinner time!!

Think I might go make my soup now l!

Have actual hunger pangs.
 
Had my veg soup was satisfying :)

Drank more water today so far no headache yay.

Feeling tired though.

Just got in from work, having a milky tea NO SUGAR!

Going to cook my din dins in a minute soooo looking forward to it lol.

Tonight I'm going to have

Prawns
Courgette
Mushroom
Peppers
Sprinkle of 5 spice and pepper!


Found out can't have garlic today, or read it on another forum, had garlic and chilli sprinkle yesterday :/ will have to buy separate chilli flakes!

I am reasonably new to all this and also started on step 2- started at the beginning on August. I am so glad I did! I haven't had a weigh in officially for 2 weeks as my rep has been on holiday but I'm quite excited but a little nervous! Good luck with your mission!

I see youve had a 1st 6lb loss since beginning of august? well done!
i'm nervous about my first weigh in, I so hope it will work for me too! lol.

Only naughty things ive done is had garlic in my spice mix with my food :( (ive read so many contradictory things regarding garlic)

you got any tips etc?

At least you're at a better weight than me starting off also! :)

i had my dinner - it was lush! took a total of 10 minutes to prep and cook! the water from the prawns made a nice little soup with the spices too :)

I was a little under for protein though - box of prawns said 300g i got 200g so was 50g off :/ ah well.

Bit worried as the damn 5 spice also had garlic in and read so many yes and no's wether its an allowed food or not and even recipes have it in! must ask my consultant!

I have been wondering drinks too. if anyone reads this do you know if no added sugar robinsons orange squash is allowed?? that was all i drank before this, waters a bit boring and green tea etc makes my mouth even dryer!

finding it hard to sleep although i am tired and my tummy keeps grumbling :( i dont exactly feel hungry though, making all sorts of noises!

just keep worrying if this will work for me. :/ anxiety +++

i've had 4x 750ml water today and 2 milky teas 1 coffee they werent all drunk though,

had my last shake at 8ish - was butterscotch! was rather delish!

going to try and sleep now ;/ been in bed since 8.30.
 
So, had my milky coffee this morning, maple and pecan porridge and my chicken and mushroom soup - rather lush!

I got weighed early - my consultant wanted to spur me on with motivation and I have lot 4lbs since Monday!! :) (2 days)

I found out I cant have Robinsons sugar free squash so bought sunshine orange water flavouring - tastes funny but a bit better than plain water I suppose and counts towards my daily water intake :)
 
Just had such an amazing dinner!!

250g chicken (went a bit over but had 50g less yesterday :/)
30g asparagus
30g courgette
20g mushrooms
Chilli and garlic seasoning

Cooked in oven for 15 minutes then finished on the George foreman!

Was so amazing! Feel rather full! Good amount of chicken too! Lush!!

Had 1 and a bit mugs of milky tea when I got in from work, drinking water now. Feel nicely full!!

My consultant has them and she has a "stone" suit which she said she'll put on me once I reach a loss of a stone!

I have no idea where the 4 big limos of fat have gone!! Probably my brain haha.

I just hope it hasn't gone from my boobies!!! Ive warned parents to start setting money aside for the boob job as they've said they'll pay for surgery after weight loss if I need any tweeks! :)
 
Felt really cold a bit crappy on and off today so worked from home, had the
Coffee shake this morning it was very nice! May have that every morning instead of porridge, not into porridge flavours that much! Trying normal porridge tomorrow!!

Had strawberry Milkshake last night that was really nice! Creamy!

I had the spicy oriental soup for lunch! Oh that was yummy!

This evening I had 2 chicken breast aparagas courgette and mushroom again, soo nice with chilli :)

Tomorrow having fish!

Bought some new digital scales today £12 in Sainsburys, I feel bad as the quantity seemed less on these than the other scales I had so hope I haven't been going over other than today!!

Had a horrible sleep last night kept waking up for a wee and acidy stuff kept coming up and made me a bit sick maybe the sunshine orange powder stuff? Tastes like medicine :/ don't really like it, wasted £7.50 :(

Getting weighed again tomorrow to motivate me over the weekend consultant said, feeling worried and excited!! Going to stock up my supplies also :)

Chilling in bed now candles and netflix. Heaven! Have sat-wed off, have a few days rest from work! Ok split shifts!

My work shifts are somewhat horrific but it's I.T so usually horrid hours!

Sleepy time.
 
Had a much better sleep :) fell a asleep around 10ish I think, still hated the Alarm going off though!!

Feel a bit better today, 10hr shift then off for 4 days yay!

Wonder what madness at work will bring! Sometimes so draining let's hope they

As I'm on a diet and my senior supposedly is haha! Meant are definetly worse at eating crap!!!

Weigh day today! Nervous and excited and nervous for the days off, it will be hard!

haha, yes the email was addressed to "emaileveryone". excellent! :p

I got weighed - lost another 1lb since wednesday so beings it to 5lb in 5 days, i stupidly feel disappointed! :/ but 5 days! shut up me eh lol.

Consultant was saying once my BMI is lower shes putting me on sole source, i am scared means NO FOOD at all!!!
 
Yes, shush :p 5lb in 5 days! Couldn't ask for more :) Though I get your mentality as 5 stone would be fab! Lol. You'll get there. Doing step 2 like you but I don't have any food, I have an extra product cos of my BMI too. That was my choice though, as wanted to do ss but not allowed yet. Keep on going :) x
 
How you finding no food?

Before I usually can go without food but
Portion would be quite big in the evening!

What's your "goal"?

It's fine as long as I'm busy. I opted for no food because if I have some I'll want more I know lol so easier to just say no for the time being. Also, I know I'll probably end up going ss when BMI is under 40, so may as we'll get used to not having it. That's just me though and I appreciate everyone's different. My fiancé is on ss+ and is eating a small meal each day and feels he couldn't manage without it. He's doing great though. Goal is to lose 6 stones before I get my wedding dress fitted :)
