    Started SS today. Brief history- lost 3 stone 4 years ago on lipotrim, spent the last 3 years attempting to stem the rise of poundage (unsuccessfully).

    I have now seriously and totally got to kick my fat but into sorting myself out.

    So, here I am, shakes/soups in the cupboard, water at the ready.

    Bye Bye Fat!

    Lowest weight to date Aug 2012 = 10st7 ?

    Yet ANOTHER restart 22 Sept 2014 = 16.13

    current weight 15.5 ( - 22 lb in 4weeks )
