Step 1 Sole Source 95 Day Challenge

Hey beauts

I have been on Cambridge plan for just over 17 weeks and lost around five stones so far. I started at 16 stones 10 pounds and currently two pounds under 12 stones. It has changed my life.

I have 95 more days after today to get to my goal of 8 stones 5 pounds.
I am currently finishing a refeed day today and back on the shakes for a further 95 days.
I will probably weigh in on day 50 or so.
I know the final parts can get challenging so I want to be even more accountable :)

Hey gorgeous. Beautiful picture.
I am back on plan tomorrow. SHe wanted me to complete the refeed first. So day one after refeed starts tomorrow.

I am now 12 stones 8 pounds and only 4 more stones to goal. I hope after this challenge I will get there. So feel free to join me x
 
What's a refeed? Ha ha xx

When you take a week off after 12 weeks on SS. I still have a bad relationship with food which I have to work on after plan. I gained a few pounds in refeed x

How are you getting on?

I was doing ace!! 20lbs off on 3 weeks. Then I totally mucked it up last week by going out with friends, drinking cocktails, eating chips then was away for a couple days with the lad and ended up eating my body weight in Indian food which is a lot of ****ing food! I'm actually a goat. I usually get weighed on a fri but not getting weighed till next fri. I think I seen this as an unofficial pass to just be a mahoosive pig! It's done now. I think I have it sorted and am back down to before my fat pants binge xx

Thank you. I'm doing good. Gets challenging but pushing through and fighting my demons :) one day time.

Keep going never give up. Fight those demons. It's all mental x
