Hi,
In 2011, I went in Cambridge and went from 12st 2 to 9st 10 in just 10 weeks.
I'm not at my start weight but I think in probably almost 11 stone again.
Today I'm going back to my CD consultant and going to speak to her about a plan I could return on. I'm thinking 810 but I will go with whatever she advises. I have lots of things coming up and it would be easy to say oh I'll wait till after then or after that but as a result, I'll be getting bigger and bigger so I'm just going to have to make it fit around my life-pressure free. I've been in slimming world for a year but an bigger than when I started!!! I'm going for my second IVF round after Xmas and I need to be as low as I can. I'm so so unhappy! Hope you guys can support me on here as you did before. I'm excited and raring to go x

Bought all my products and am on the 810 step! Banana tetra done! Will have a bar for lunch and we're out tonight for a meal,so m planning on having trout and vegetables as I've pre checked the menu x

Change of plan... Potato n leek soup lunch.

I'm soooooo hungry! My belly is rumbling!

Ok so, having my 3rd product: toffee bar. Small bites to make it last haha! 810 plan is amazing with the meal and milk allowance. Had a look on ********* for meal ideas! Dinner tonight is trout and green beans :)

Planned night out on day one but I was as good as I can be! Had one diet coke, water the rest of the time (on 810 plan)
Dinner was 2 chicken wings, no sauce and main was trout with green beans; I left all of the potatoes :) no dessert either even though it was all paid for! :) soooo proud of myself x

Had. Lemon bar for the first time this morning as they weren't out when I last did Cambridge; really nice for breakfast! Had a cup of tea and will have another. One in a minute. Think it will be a soup lunch and dinner will be meatballs in chilli tomato sauce with broccoli x

Finished the day on an orange bar, so today I've had:
Lemon bar
Tomato soup
Meatballs in sauce with broccoli
Orange bar

I wish I'd got more shakes over soups, I'll definitely do that next week! Tomorrow I'll start with a shake, soup then dinner will be salmon and veg :)

Hey Tano, just had a read through your post and you seem very determined and that is most of the battle right there. How are you getting on today? what days do you have weigh in? I am currently on step 1 sole source as I have a LOT to lose but I am in week 6 and I do struggle as I am sure most people do but the results are amazing if I manage to stick with it :D so fingers crossed I can lol. And cutting the bars into small pieces is a great idea lol I do the same, I also mix them up so its similar to a packet of reveals adds a bit of excitement to a repetitive diet lol but by far the lemon bar is my fave yummmmm.

Progress so far
Started 4[SUP]th[/SUP] August – Weight 17stone and 3lbs
Week 1- Lost 10lbs
Week 2- Lost 3lbs
Week 3 and 4- went off the diet
I restarted with a new consultant on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] September and gained 5lbs (16.4)
Week 1 (again) - Lost 9lbs
Week 2 – Lost 4lbs
Week 3 – Lost 4lbs
Week 4- Lost 3lbs (15.3)
Week 5- Lost 5lbs (14.12) and I vow that I will never ever see 15 on the scales again
Week 6- Lost 4 lbs
Week 7- Lost 2 lbs
Week 8-???
Total weight loss 39lbs :D

Wow look at your stats-massive well done!!! Lemon bars are pretty amazing aren't they! I did ss+ before but have started on 810 as I only want to lose a stone and am already within the right (but top end BMI) so I get a tiny meal as well. Day three today and half term so at least I'm off work, should make it a bit easier. I'm going to clean my house today to keep me busy. :)

Oh and I'll normally weigh in on a Saturday but I'm not here this weekend so I won't weigh until the following Tuesday :)

Choc shake for breakfast. Really not looking forward to the soup lunch!!! Small price to pay tho, to feel comfortable in my body x

Bar for lunch as I'm not dirtying my clean kitchen making soup hahaha

Morning Tano,

Well done for coming back, and well done that you've done it without getting to your same weight as before - that's half the battle right there! I too struggled on Slimming World as there was no learning about portion control which is sooo crucial to me.

I've been here for 10 weeks now and have had the occasional meal out, some SS+ meals too (perhaps a little too many in the last couple of weeks) and i'm three stone down so far with another one to go! (possibly one and a half - i'm yet to decide.)

Looking forward to following your journey downward! I'm struggling today too, but find splitting my shakes helps as I end up with more smaller meals.

xx

Yeah, I found the gym after CD and threw myself Into that Along with a healthier lifestyle; since summer I can just feel old habits creeping back and my weight is going up and up. For me, it's like I need to re educate myself with food again my mainly taking it away and already it's working. My partner has been great, agreeing to no carb dinners with me, so that's really helped too. 3stone is so good, you must be feeling great!!! :)
