Step 1 Sole Source Size 12 please Cambridge

Morning all I'm jade new to the site and new to the Cambridge weight plan. I started 2 weeks ago on Exante but I was nibbling. So I'm lucky to have a supportive mum who will be paying for my supplies for a month.

Im on day 2 today (10/11/14 ) yesterday was hard but I got through all of my 3 ready made shakes.

Sundays weight was a whooping 14stone 6 lbs :mad: Without a doubt my scales are different to my CDC's


So my goal is to get down into the 12 stone bracket by Decemeber.

I plan to post often diet / social life!!! Xx

14.4 -2 lbs. I was hoping for more really. Oh well !!
 
My last shake tonight with a green tea. I've had to fight the food demons all day at work. X

Hey I feel in a similar boat to you. I had reached 1st 2lbs which is heavy for me certainly the heaviest. And pushing to a size 16. I would love to be a 12 again and even a 10/12. My goal is xmas as well. Looking forward to seeing your journey. Im keeping a diary as well

This morning I was another 2 lbs down :) what a fab diet lol

Ive had prawns and eggs tonight which I so needed. I'm hoping to lose 6 lbs this week just to get me back into the 13stone bracket.

i might ask for soups this week can anybody recommend flavours please?

Weigh in on Thursday I'd love another 2 lbs off in time. :)

The chicken and mushroom soup is actually not too bad however I'm swapping my soups back for more porridge and shakes. I just like them better. I just got back in from bikram yoga, i know i prob shouldn't do it but i love the way i feel after very accomplished lol.
I need to keep away from looking at the scales all the time as my weight just fluctuates so much
 
Hey hope everyone is well and hope you don't mind me messaging back. I am also just trying to get to Christmas and hopefully have that great feeling this year rather than the usual bloating and uncomfortable feeling I have had at previous years. in terms of the soups they are nice this time of year as it is freezing. I have always like the oriental chilli soup and its nice that we are able to add spices as I do like a chilli kick, I personally found the tomato one to be really sweet and yea chicken and mushroom is also nice with a dash of black pepper, I think it is just trying the products and finding your own faves as for me I am a totally a chocolate mint person and that makes up about 80% of my food lol.Hope things have been going well? and if you stick with it 100% no doubt you will break into the 13 bracket, I managed it last week for the first time in god knows how many years and its a great feeling and I hope you both get to that size 12.
I have heard a lot about Bikram yoga it sounds intense but great reviews. I have been signed up for a 10k after I said how amazing it would feel to actually do one, but right now I want to kill my brother rather than thank him as it seems impossible, but hopefully when May comes around I can say that I have achieved it, as to be fair I never thought I could stick to this diet for as long as I have, so fingers crossed that will be another thing I can say I never thought I could lol. Anyway I shall stop rambling and hope you both have a great few days and see the loss you want at the scales. And keep posting its great to hear!!

Week 1- Lost 10lbs
Week 2- Lost 3lbs
Week 3 and 4- went off the diet :mad:
I restarted with a new consultant on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] September and gained 5lbs (16.4)
Week 1 (again) - Lost 9lbs
Week 2 – Lost 4lbs
Week 3 – Lost 4lbs
Week 4- Lost 3lbs (15.3)
Week 5- Lost 5lbs (14.12)
Week 6- Lost 4.5 lbs
Week 7- Lost 2.5 lbs
Week 8- Lost 3 lbs
Week 9- Lost 4 lbs (13.12)

Total weight loss 47lbs :D
 
Nice to hear from you both. I've ordered 1 of each flavour tomorrow. I so need to eat/drink something in the evenings and add my own spices.

This morning 1 lb down that's 5 lbd off so far :)

Ive had a bust up with my boyfriend normally I cry over our falling outs but refuse to tonight. Even though deep down I'm feeling sad and hurt we don't do much together these days. Just upsetting tonight.

So diet wise not the best at all had 2 shakes and a bag of crisps in the car :( I'm in bed now with a coffee trying to stay awake for TOWIE at 10pm.

Im definitely in ketosis but tomorrow I must be stronger.

3 litres of water

2 green teas

2 coffees.


Hope the scales are on my side tomorrow.... Eeeekkk x
 
Sorry to hear about the bust up. Just double efforts tomorrow with staying on plan. I know how you feel in that respect.
Ive decided to go to sainsburys and get the coffee. Im crawling in my skin at the mo

I have mine in the morning too so hopefully we all see a good loss, when is your weigh in bexcalo? and hopefully thing between you and your partner get better, but don't let it get you down and put that energy into the diet and how amazing you will feel and look in weeks to come. Hope tomorrow is a better and brighter day :)

Thursday wide awake at 4;30am x:( work at 7:30am I might Aswell stay awake.

I was up 3 times during the night for a toilet visit hoping the scales show up well tonight I really hate evening weigh ins as. I tend to weigh heavier does anyone else too??

my weigh in is at 5:30 later so will report back tonight ladies, and here's to avoiding the Dorito crisps on the way home... Lol x
 
Cant wait to hear your first weigh in. I have to say i feel my sleeping pattern is slightly weird on the diet too. crazy strange dreams as well.

Guess what the boyfriends on his way to mine .... The idiots talking about having a take away so played the sick card.

Heyy, I live in Halesowen how about yourself? And the toilet trips are annoying but I promise you do get use to them lol and the more you go the better so cant be a bad thing. I always seem to weigh heavier at night too but since being on CD it hasn't been that much of a difference maybe a pound or so but when I used to go Weight watcher because it was an evening class my weight used to be so much heavier like at least 3/4 pounds different and then I got into the habit of starving myself so I was as low as possible then eating everything lol so never worked. Hope you see the results you want tonight!! I see you guys were talking about the beanies coffee on other message boards and I brought some from Sainsburys as they seem to be the only place that do it and they were on offer £2 rather then £2.50 I have tried cinder toffee, Irish cream and Almond Amaretto all are really nice but my fave by far is Irish cream mixed into my chocolate shake is so nice. Finally I had my weigh in earlier and lost 2 lbs :) so down to 13.10 now happy days and after speaking to my consultant I actually think I could get to low 12s or high 11s in January just in time for my graduation, which will be amazing lol. Hope todays been a good day on CD
