Okay guys

My names Tina and I am on day 5 of the Cambridge weight plan. So far so good. I'm actually surprised that I have managed not to put any real food in my mouth. Except every time I open the fridge the olives are speaking to me (little green devils lol)

Anyway I hoping to hear from you all who are going through a similar journey as me.

Hey Tina, I'm Ama firstly well come to the Cambridge rollercoaster ride :) its totally worth it!! I myself do love an olive but thankfully no one else in the house eats them so since being on the diet they aren't around lol but I totally get it, and there are always temptations around, so well done for not giving in and sticking with it. How are you getting on with the shakes, soups and porridge? and the water intake? I find the water such a challenge but my consultant is always saying for me to drink myself thin so I am trying as much as I can and try to make it up with coffees and green teas. I hope things are going well and I wish you all the best for getting to your target. I have posted my progress so far below and it does get easier as time goes on and I have certainly surprised myself whist being on CD and hopefully you will too :).

Progress so far
Started 4[SUP]th[/SUP] August – Weight 17stone and 3lbs
Week 1- Lost 10lbs
Week 2- Lost 3lbs
Week 3 and 4- went off the diet :mad:
I restarted with a new consultant on the 5[SUP]th[/SUP] September and gained 5lbs (16.4)
Week 1 (again) - Lost 9lbs
Week 2 – Lost 4lbs
Week 3 – Lost 4lbs
Week 4- Lost 3lbs (15.3)
Week 5- Lost 5lbs (14.12)
Week 6- Lost 4.5 lbs
Week 7- Lost 2.5 lbs
Week 8- Lost 3 lbs
Week 9- Lost 4 lbs (13.12)
Week 10- Lost 2lbs
Total weight loss 49lbs :D

Welcome welcome, Support is good and there is a lot to read on here i find. Ive been on it for a weeks so far but still going.
 
Hi, good luck with ur journey. I'm now on week 2 my start weight was 15st 11, goal weight is 9st to. Lost 7lbs my first weigh in.I have a planned meal out this evening, but straight back on it tomorrow:) how are u finding the diet
