I have been doing CWP for 5 weeks now and decided it was time I started a diary.

So, after 5 weeks I've lost 23 lbs. After losing only 2lbs last week :confused: I am hoping I can do 4lbs this week to get to 2st! 2st in 6 weeks would be amazing. I can't believe I've never tried CWP before. I've tried everything else over the years ... more than once. But I'm here now and want to do this once and for all. The low carb diet suits me - I suspect I do not tolerate carbs very well. I don't feel good and get this horrible watery mouth when i have too much carbs. So, even after losing weight, I think I'll stick with low carbs.

I started on SS for 3 weeks and then moved to having 2 meals per week for the last 2 weeks on the advice of my CWC. She is getting me ready for xmas so that my body isn't shocked by xmas dinner. This week, she has asked me to move to step 2. I am a little worried that my weight loss might slow down but I guess she will know best.

I have my first xmas night out on Thursday but I intend to eat just meat so that I stay in ketosis. The following week, my CWC wants me to do step 3 for the holidays then go back to SS afterwards in Jan. I am looking forward to xmas but I'm also really looking forward to getting back to SS. It's so much simpler and more straight forward. I haven't cheated once and don't intend to!

Roll on January 2015! I can then get back to 100% and closer to target!!
 
That's a fab loss, well done. I'm on my 5th week. Next Weigh in is Thursday or Friday. This is the only diet that has worked for me.
I'm hoping to go up to xmas eve. With xmas day and boxing day off, then straight back on.

Do u have much more to lose

Hi berry, yeah I have about another 3+ st to lose! I have a good few nights out before Xmas but I am going to try to stick to meat as much as I can. Let me know how you go with your weigh in this week. I feel like a week lasts a month at the moment!!
 
Another day done. Bar for breakfast, shake for lunch and some chicken & salad for dinner. First full week on step 2 as per consultants advice. Really hoping I still lose!
 
Weigh in today and 3.5lbs off. Now just 0.5 lbs short of 2 stone in 6 weeks. This is the best diet ever!!

Now the festivities start - which will be a real test!!!
 
Great loss's both of you! I had 7lbs in first week and 3 in the second. I'm hoping for 3-4 this week before Xmas begins!
 
Are you hoping to stay in ketosis laura? I was out recently. Luckily it was a steak house. So I was able to have a steak and some roasted mushrooms and stay in ketosis. It's tricky eating out though.
 
Unfortunately I had a vomiting bug and a few meals out for Christmas so I was out of ketosis. I'm going to be good now this close to Xmas and pick it up again on the 27th. There's not much point going back into ketosis now!
 
Week 10 and 32 lbs off. Put on 2lbs Xmas week then took off 3 the following week. So I finished Xmas 1 lb down which I was pleased with.

I am now off travelling with work in Asia (Singapore and KL) and it's difficult. I can't plan as I never know where I am going to be and it's too hot to have shakes in my bag. I am trying to duck out of any meals I can to have a bar instead.

Asia is amazing but looking forward to getting home and back into the routine. No idea if I will lose this week as I am scales-less. But here's hoping!

Back from my travels and it looks like I've only lost 1lb this week. Bit disappointed as I skipped all the amazing food in Singapore and Malaysia!! Nevermind, I may still be retaining some water from flying so much. In the past, I could retain as much as 6lbs from flying. So I am hoping there might be some more water loss before my weigh in tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed!
 
Down 3lbs this week at my weigh in yesterday which is ok considering my travels last week. So that's 2.5 st in total. Little bit annoyed that I'm not getting bigger losses each week. But I guess 3 is better than any other diet. SS this week apart from Friday. I have a dinner but will stick to chicken only. Hoping for -4lbs this week. Fingers crossed!!!
