Well round 2....


I done the Cambridge two years ago and lost 4st. I found using this forum really helped so have decided to try it again!


Unfortunately the weight has crept back on... 2 and a half stone of it all since summer. So i managed to keep it off for 2 years.


I feel so different having put the weight back on, my confidence is waning and my clothes aren't fitting! I feel deflated and totally pants!!!


So today i started again. Feeling positive but oh so hungry!!! I know that the first 4 days are the worst so am hanging on to that!!!


Some people think i'm mad starting before New Year but hey... no time like the present!!!

Found this forum so helpful last time... just reread my old post and made me remember how well i done.

Day 2 and peeing for England and been good.

Am out NYE so will def be having a drink then family meal Thurs and straight back on it Fri.

Feeling positive!

Day 3 yesterday and going strong :)

Lost 8lb so far :)
 
Ok so lost the 8lb then had a good night out on NYE and then ate on New Years Day.

8lb back on!! Grrrrrrrrrr!!!

Back on it today.... struggling... big time!!!! but i will not give in xxxxxxxx
 
They will drop back off again.

Hey

Just finished a run of 3 nights and i done ok!!! Just didn't drink enough water but sooooo busy just didn't have time.

Sneaky weigh in and i've lost 5lb since Monday. 2 more nights next week then i'm back on days which is so much easier for my body clock but more nibbles about :( must resist!!!!!

that's great. well done.
Agh... nibbles. At work they have bags of sweets and snacks and are constantly eating. It's a challenge!
