30 day Little Black Dress Challenge

Hey all
Ok so i found a 30 day challenge that is not pig on cardio and more about toning that starts off very easy and builds up. Anyone that wants to do this we are going to start on sunday 1st Feb and go until 2nd March.
Here will be support for the challenge and logging how we go. People can take measurements and also take before and after pics if they wish. Dont need to post unless they want to, this is for fun but also to help with our new bodies. Im finding that although I've lost weight i feel my body needs toning up and the muscles strengthening to keep everything tight
