Hi guys. I lost about 3 stone last year then went berserk since May and put it back of course. Been on SS since Friday so on day 6 today and already down 9lbs.

That sounds fab 9lb!!! Day 6 for me on ss+ my first time trying this diet, weigh in tomorrow
