I started today. Trying to live in the moment. No overthinking or putting it off.

How are you getting on?

Restarted a couple of days ago following a trip to New York and additional break due to some family issues. Just feeling like I'm getting into the routine of it now. Really want to achieve what I managed before (4.5 stone loss). Hoping for 2 stone off by 11 May when we go on holiday :) :)
 
You can easily achieve that stay consistent.
Sunday wasn't a good day for me but I know today I will do better x

Thanks Hun, I hope so! I didn't manage to work up the steps last time as I fell pregnant :) but I rally want to be feeling better/looking good by the end of the year. My son is very active now and I need to be able to keep up with him!! Haha!!

You will do great. Just remain consistent.
I sis not have my head right and was allowing fear to rule me. Well no more.
I woke up today and I know I'm ready to conquer x

Apple and Cinnamon Porridge
Oriental Chilli Soup
Maple and Pecan Porridge

4 Litres of Water :)
