    love the Cambridge diet...

    Afternoon all,

    i did the cambridge diet about 8 years ago and I lost 6 Stone! All was fine until 2 years ago and I had my daughter.. I piled the weight on gave birth and piled on more just the fact that I was soooooo tired and living on rubbish... Anyway, I started 2 weeks ago at 14:8 and last Friday I weighed 14:2lbs.. Going to get to 10 stone and review!

    Good luck with your plan again.
    I'm restarting tomorrow (just got back from hols today) - I lost about 21lbs prior to my hols but I got a little cocky with it and put on around 7lbs before I went!
    So now it's restart! I can't say i will be successful, I haven't been able to stay on plan so far but as long as I can keep in my mind the embarrassment I felt when walking from the beach to the pool in just my bikini, I hope that will see me through to 9stone!!
