i have lost very nearly 2stone on CS since the begining of the year.... how ever i have recently discovered that this has done nothing to address my issues with over eating


so i am leaving you all to join exante. its 25 a week when you buy in bulk. thats 3 packs a day, either soup, shake or a bar. and even better you can do it as a total food replacement, or if you wish add a meal

Look forward to seeing you over there Sam. I started my weightloss journey on CS last year, went onto avidlite then found exante and remained on that to goal. Unfortunately i put on 1.5 stone but have lost much of that and plan to get to goal again on exante. Good luck on your journey.

much and all as i love CS for me this would be a quick fix, and i would not keep the weight off i would still binge... i want to re-educate myself
