    CS and Exercise

    Hi
    I have never been on a low carb diet. Is it ok to do exercise whilst on this diet??

    I have a job that involves a lot of exercise and would like to take up jogging too

    :-)

    In the past i've done CS without exercise because im a lazy so and so - has still worked but slower. And then I gave up!

    This time - combining with exercise and regimented eating times (9am, 12pm, 3pm, and 6pmish) - seems to be working much better so far.

    Get into the 13s by 18/05/2012
