    bonjour - i'm new

    hey all - 11stone and a short ass - xmas has taken it's toll and I need to get fit and healthy and thin - with a policeman boyfriend who's got the body of a god - I FEEL AWFUL.....so I bought CS today and just had my chocolate shake for lunch - yummy!!!

    I'm gonna have a lean steak and vegetables for dinner - really excited. Would love to be 9 stone 7lbs.

    Can I just ask - am I meant to take supplements?
