Hi all
Atty, thats ok, I know what you mean, but I need a good boost before I go back to eating 3 healthy meals, so as not to give up again. I am enjoying this and I know my body prefers it when I cut back on wheat etc, so its a good thing for me at the moment.
Today has gone v well, if slightly not to plan. I always get v peckish when Im driving, so was glad to have brought cherry tomatoes, strawberries and an apple for snacks. We had to kill half an hour and DP was hungry, so we were at a service station which did food. Now I had a bar which I had intended to have, but then decided to have the bar as an evening meal instead, so had a small grilled chicken breast with lettuce, tomatoes, cuke, peppers and red onion, with mayo. I also had cup of tea. Holy cow was I hungry by the time we got back home, (half hour ago), so I decided to have my aft snack with my bar. I had a small tin of tuna, and lettuce, tomatoes, 1/4 small avocado, cukes and a little bit of lf mayo. The bar is tres sweet, but alright really.
Anyway, I am so wound up about tomorrows weigh in. I am so worried that I wont have lost what I am hoping which is 7lbs. I have to say if I havent I will be disappointed, but know I have def lost, so I have to get my head around the fact that this is not going to be instant.

Clarri you really really really do need to understand that your weight won't just disappear. You should be happy with any loss because its better off than on my dear! Don't set yourself up for a fall by having high targets, take it as it comes. You're doing well, you're feeling better and that is just as important, if not more, than the numbers on those scales.
Good luck for tomorrow in any case. Don't stress about it hun!

I know I am a bit late in adding my
but a larva in your cabbage clarri? Thats disgusting. That would be enough to put me off food for life.

Yes Im happy with that. Sneakily I did think a little more as I had lost 4lbs by day 3, but no, I am happy with that result. I will have achieved my half stone off by my birthday (prob only to undo it all over again), I will try not to by the way.
Anyway, Today I am going to have choc for brek, strawberry for lunch and chicken breast and stirfry veg for dinner. Snacks will be small apple, and some cherry toms.
And loads of water today.
So will be back later to report in.
By way, felt really really ill after berry fudge bar yest evening, heady and stomachy, but took panadol and was better.

Hi all
Sorry for not posting here all weekend, its been a bit mad. So, I had a slip on Saturday, I ended up having crisps, too many peanuts, and then we got a takeaway and I had a spoon of rice, and some chips, then there were spuds in the curry. But the important thing is, apart from the crisps I am ok about all that. Life has to be liveable. I also went out last night and had 4 vodka and diet cokes. My weight is up 2lbs this morning but they will go, and maybe take 1 or 2 with them.
Today -
1 cafe latte shake
1 small apple
1 banana shake
celery and laughing cow light
grilled chicken breast and salad
jelly snakes, cherry tomatoes
and lots of water, to flush the system out.

MY CS ADVENTURE ENDED

Hi
Just wanted to update. I found that I was getting terrible tummy cramps, and not sure if they were down to CS or not but have decided to stop. Also, funding. I am not working at the moment, and just cant justify spending the money that could be saved for my hols in a few weeks.
Also TBH having my birthday last week sent me off track, and I think that once you go off something like this, it is very hard to get back to it.
I wish anyone the best of luck with it, and I know it has had great success in Australia, so good luck to anyone here.
