    Slim fast bars Q

    Does anyone know if you can have the Slim Fast bars instead of the CS ones?

    My Mum mentioned they were 3 for £1 in ASDA.

    i bought some too then read the nutritional values lol i promptly gave them to my oh
    Week 1 = - 4.5lb = 12st 12lb
    Week 2 = - 4lb = 12st 8lb
    Week 3 = +3lb = 12st 11lb tsk!
    Week 4 = -2lbs = 12st 9lb happy enough with that!
    Week 5 = +2lbs = 12st 11lb come on girl!!!!
