Hi all!

Well today is my first ever day on Celebrity Slim! Wooooooo!

I have just had my first shake.. a lovely creamy latte which i heated up in the microwave.. and ooo it was lucious! Very very pleased! And im feeling quite full.. had two big glasses of water which has probably disguised any sign of a grumbly tummy. Gonna have an apple at 12 oclock then another shake at 2 then i think ill have a handful of nuts (unsalted of course :eek:) and then its roast dinner night so ill have the chiken with veg and a blob of gravy on the side!

Then later i think ill do half an hour jogging on the wii fit.

Aghh im a bit excitable today.

Thanks guys! Ive had a good first day so far.. had a few hunger pangs at about 3/4oclock but i had my 4th meal (snack) then tea at half 5 so wasnt too bad after all.. slightly worried about the gravy i had with my dinner.. only put a teeny tiny bit on but still thinking about the carbs in the cornflour.. hmm.. but ive been exceptionally good all day so i think ive had a good first day. Just finished my 6th big glass of water so another 2 to go but still got one more snack to fit in so should be ok.

Did 30 mins jogging on the wii fit at a burn rate of 93% so very happy.. managed one short jog, one long jog, and two free jogs (the two free jogs were 2.8km and 3.2km.. so VERY happy with them) i think i must have jogged around 8km today! Woweeee! :D gonna do some muscle workouts tonight which should work up a big enough sweat to guzzle down my last two glasses of water and green tea :D

All in all..

Very pleased :)... one day down.. 55 more to go! :p

dont worry too much hun ive had gravey ok ive had oxo gravey but im sure a little wont have hurt honest!!!! :) xxxx well done chick x
 
Thanks :) I hope not anyway, it was only 2 oxo cubes with a little bit of pork juices and a tiny bit of cornflour so i think ill be alright.

Had a choc shake this morn which was nice, not as tasty as my latte or strawberry yday but still very tasty. Had 2 slices of ham with all the fat off for my mid morning snack then gonna have a banana shake at half 1/ 2 ish before my driving lesson, at least that lasts 2 hours so wont be thinking of food and will be preoccupied driving. Not sure what im gonna have for tea but got LOADS of veg/fresh meat in the house so gonna whip something up.. might have a look at the atkins recipes.

Only had one glass of water so far today but had 2 green teas but gonna have some more later, try fit in at least another 5.

Thankya thankya. I had a nice tea.. stir fried veg (mushrooms, peppers, beensprouts, bit of carrot.. ) in sweet chilli sauce (only a bit.. before i realised to my horror that its in the NO section when i checked that night :wave_cry:) with a turkey steak. Then had a slice of melon for my snack.. which i also checked about an hour after as i had my suspicions and bloody nora there it was on the no list. :copon:. Been in uni all day which was difficult to fit my snacks and afternoon shake in but i managed it anyway. Gonna have a nice SAFE omelette with mushrooms tomato and a bit of bacon with the fat off. Think im doing alright though. Been exercising like a woman possessed and drinking a lot so hopefuly everythings gooooood.

Well done, sounds like you are doing really well :clap: I ordered my starter pack yesterday, it didn't come today so hopefully it will tomorrow. I can't wait to get started. :woohoo:

Today has been fantastic.. best day i think.. started with a caramel shake which was quite nice, they all have been tasty so far, havent got a favourite.. possibly banana or strawberry but i like em alllll and end up finishing them in about 3 minutes.. oops, although today i stretched it out and had water with my shake to make it last longer so took me about 10 minutes to drink instead.

Then had an apple, then i made up the beef soup that comes free to try it.. i almost borked.. BLAGHH was grossly disgusting, tasted sugary :confused: im definitely a shake person so i ran upstairs and grabbed a choc packet lol and guzzled it down happily. Then i had 30g of cheese i cut off a big block (got the measuring scaled out and everything! haha:eek:) and then had a gorgeeeouss beef stir fry for my tea, beensprouts, shreaded cabbage, bit of carrot, yellow pepper, onions and chopped up a bit of garlic and chilli and bunged it all in with a bit of black bean sauce... was very very nice and filling, then an apple for my dessert.

Managed 3 litres of agua today.. mainly because i exercised alot.. i have too much spare time.. ive finished uni until september now so apart from revision for my first set of exams in May not alot to do.. but its shedding the pounds.. (i hope).

Ok then so past 2 days have been a bit cravesome... but i haven't given in once! Had a chicken kebab for tea on fri with just the salad no pitta cos im a good girl on this diet! and last night had a piece of cod in spanishy tomato, pepper and paprika sauce with meditteraenenenenene (i cannot spell that word for my life) veggies like courgettes and tomatoes yellow peppers onions etc, was lovely.

And so we come to the dreaded sunday...

1 week on...

So i hesitantly stepped on the scales this morning which read...

15st 13!!! Im made up!! Ive made it into the 15's woooooop!

So in total this week ive lost around 9lbs! I can't really believe it!

I was expecting around 3 or 4 but NINE a thats more than half a stone..yahhhh!

Im a very happy bunny. (but not the easter sort with sack fulls of chocolates :rolleyes:)
