I've ordered some for delivery tomorrow. You could always take green tea extract tablets from Holland & Barrett (half price at the mo) if your concerned. I drink green tea with lemon anyway so hoping they'll work just the same.

OMG !!!! just gone to order a months supply of shakes from Avidlite, and it works out £45 CHEAPER than CS !!!!
If they work the same re weight loss, then its one hell of a saving, and makes CS seem more than a little over priced !!!
