    Trying for a century (and more)

    Hello,

    Looking for a student membership of the century club

    Started my weight loss journey on Wednesday with 121lb to lose. However, depending on how I do I might lose more. Did a sneaky weigh in today and found out I've lost 10.5lb so far so well on the way. In fact, already 1/10th of a way to that century!

    Currently following a VLCD with hopes of moving onto Slimming World closer to my goal. I plan on being at target by the end of 2012 but even if I'm just one step closer I'll be happy.

    So hello and that's (kind of) me
    My weight loss journey blog (with other random stuff included)

    S&S
    Weeks 1->4 -24.5lb (-12lb, -5.5lb, -4lb, -3lb)
    Week 5 -3lb
    Week 6 -4.5lb
    Week 7 -0.75lb -32.75lb



    If a loss of 1lb requires a 3000 calorie deficit then my deficit so far has been 96,750 calories!

    I've lost the weight of my whippet!!
