Battling my heart and mind tonight. My hubby Perry has recently been diagnosed a diabetic and is embarking on a health kick (well until the pub calls again) so he is cooking these lovely smelling low fat meals. He keeps asking why i dont have some, its low fat, all natural ingredients and my heart is saying "I could" while my head is saying "Stick to CD, you know it works" If he was asking me to share his chips or had cooked a lasagne i wouldnt even be contemplating it but lemon chicken stir fry, wheres the harm? I know the answer really and will not allow the aromas to beat me. But its sooo hard.

Ooooh so not fair!!! If he was prepared to stick with it long term with you, that would be a different story but to tempt you this way just sucks!

Still a believer in "what goes around comes around" DQ. He has spent years having digs at me about my weight even though he is big too. Now its him with Gout and Diabetes while ive not so muched as sneezed in over a year. Karma.

Hanging in here, feeling strong and positive even though im cooking the family a curry and i would love to dive into it head first with a peshwari nan in one hand and a bhargi in the other. I wont do it though, had a day a lakeside yesterday and the spring clothes are beginning to appear. Want to be able to wear them and know i look good.

Had a busy ol' day today. Went to pick up new sofa's, had to move them onto the van roof then manuever them through the doors of my house. Get my old ones out and onto the van to take them to the dumps them unload them and carry them to the skips. Came back, deep cleaned the front room and moved the new sofa's into position. They dont call me muscle woman for nothing you know.
Stayed on plan all weekend too so feeling mightly pleased with myself. Cant wait for wi on weds.

Not completely trusting myself yet, but managed to sit with the family while they ate a roast dinner and had my soup so im getting there.
