    Half Century Badges

    Hi, was just wondering what the half century type 1-5 badges were and if I qualified for one when I hit goal (total weight loss of 50 pounds). Thanks.

    RawrGirl's Weight Loss Goal: <135 (Dec 21, 2012): ***129*** -- DONE!!!

    Maintained for about a year and a half, then gained who knows how much over this past summer. Refuse to get on the scale, but am guessing around 150lb.


    RawrGirl's first mini-goal: Get under 31 inch waist and out of 150's


    RawrGirl's second mini-goal: Get under 30 inch waist and out of 140's

    RawrGirl's Christmas Goal: 134 lbs.

    RawrGirl's Ultimate Goal: Get to 29 inch waist and out of 130's

    I know century is for if you've lost 100lbs or more, yes. There seem to be different types of half century milestones, but I'm not sure what they are! xx

    We all have those day, hon, I'm having a few lately, with family birthdays etc. What makes us successful is just getting straight back on plan the next day, rather than saying "oh what the hell, I've blown it now" and compounding the naughtiness - that's something I can finally do this time around, and clearly you can too. xx

    Yes. You're right there, I think that's properly one of the main things to successful weight loss, getting straight back into it. Few people at work are on diets, and one girl is slimming to fit into her wedding dress. None of them have lost much or even at all because they have a bad day and then make it a bad week. Something I used to do. But not anymore!! Woohoo! Today, I'm an angel. X
