Hi everyone,
I'm new on here and today have started Slim and Save. Going to be a long journey but I have to do this for my health and for my family. I'm so glad there are others with this much weight to lose as I don't know anyone with as much weight to lose as me.
I look forward to supporting each other and reading people's journeys.

welcome you will get loads of support on here from everyone good luck with your journey i want to lose about 9-10 stone but i look at little steps that i can achieve not big ones
Welcome and good luck - you'll get a lot of advice and support on this site. :) I started out with around 10st to lose, and I've lost 8st so far. Not sure if I'll go to the full 10st loss, as I'm quite happy where I am now, so maybe just a little bit more - you may find you're the same when you get closer to your target. :) xx
How do u join? I have 11st 12lb ...... Lots of pounds to lose.
It's just an informal thing really, hon, just a place for us to post together, and when you've lost 100lbs you can put the Century Badge on your profile in your user settings. :) A lot of people also post in the WeMITTs section (We Mean It This Time), which is where people with a lot to lose hang out.
