I'm doing the Cambridge diet, 4th retry but final!
im a size 22/24 and went for a meal with hubby to be on Friday, felt amazing. Sat in a comfy chair eating posh food, when the waitress came over and very loudly asked if I wanted to swap chairs with one without arms as I looked squashed.

Oh no - she probably thought she was offering good customer service - silly woman!
