Statistics:
Total Weight Loss: 49lb
Weight to Lose: 114lb
% Lost 15.81%
OMG

Just looked at a couple of ideal weight sites and they say that for my height i should be between 130 - 144lbs seems like i have more to loose then i first thought

You can do it Ive been exactly where you are and you CAN do it. Set yourself mini targets, ones which are attainable within a few weeks, helps keep you motivated.

round here im so motivated to do it this time round am a yo yo dieter that has done this journet ment times before, i have also recently been told i have binge eating disorder and am doing a course of cbt therepy which im finding quite stressfull which diet did you follow and are you at target nearly

Diet: Slimming World
I looked at see what weight I should be and I think it was somewhere between 8 stone and 10 stone, thats just so unrealistic! Ive set my ticker at 11 stone and I reckon I'll be happy at bout 12 - so bout another three ish stone to go. Like you (I think it was you) said in a different post just break it down into small chunks and see when you're happy x

Hi, don't take a blind bit of notice of the graphs telling you your 'ideal' weight, they never take into account your build. Don't even set yourself a final weight, just do it in one stone at a time targets and believe me, you will instintively know when you are at the weight that suits you. Best of luck, you will do great.

Fri 12th Sep. Week 2 Weigh in..... 4lb loss (day early due to holiday)

Sat 20th Sep. Week 3 Weigh in.... 2lb loss (actually can't believe it)

Sat 27th Sep. Week 4 Weigh in.... 1lb loss (opps!)

Sat 4th Oct. Week 5 Weigh in.... 3lb loss ( )

Sat 11th Oct. Week 6 Weigh in....1.5lbs loss (better down than up!)

Sat 18th Oct. Week 7 Weigh in....1.5lb loss (at least I'm consistant!)

Sat 25th Oct. Week 8 Weigh in.... Wasn't in the mood, so didn't bother!

Friday 31st Oct. Week 9 Weigh in...1lb loss

Tuesday 18th Nov. Week whatever Weigh In!....2.5lb loss (ok it took more than a week, well spotted!)

I agree - don’t take any notice. They don’t take body shape into account as we all carry weight in different places despite our weight.
Next they will be saying that for a certain height our feet should be a certain size!
The other thing to consider every race has different bone density which also makes a difference to how much you weigh.
I think its best to aim for a realistic achievable weight target and one that you feel happy with.
For me dress size is a better gauge although they all vary from shop to shop.
