    Squatter Eviction Challenge

    Hiya all. I've already gained a few Christmas pounds & it's not even Christmas yet!!!

    I've decided to start a challenge to evict the "squatters" we all gain over the festive period.

    Everyone is welcome to join, here's how it works.

    Anytime after 1st Jan (depending on when you weigh in) just come and confess to how many "squatters" you have gained and then weigh in each week till all the little blighters have all gone. Since I get weighed on a Friday I'll start the ball rolling on 1st!!

    Me too. Some are already quite comfortably settled so may take extra persuasion!!!!
    Long Term -
    1. To fit comfortably into size 12-14.
    2. For my waist to be under 35".
    3. To run 10k comfortably.
    Medium Term -
    1. To run 5k comfortably, and get it under 35 minutes by the end of May.
    2. To fit into my size 14 jeans by the end of June
    3. To run at least 3 days a week.
    Short Term -
    1. Run Monday, Wed, Friday this week.
    2. Leave food on my plate at each meal.
    3. Find something to be happy about every day in my positives!!!
    Daily Goals -
    1. I will do my positives every day.
    2. I will listen to my slimpod at least every day.
    3. I will assess whether I am reaching my short term goals each day in my positives.

    Hiya everyone, here I am as promised.

    Well I'm managed to gain 13.5lbs of the weight I've lost so far!!

    Managing to not quite make it a stone made me smile this morning!

    So they're packing right now ready to be evicted.
