    Right i have defo got to get a pedo!
    At leat 2 days a week i do a 16 hour reception shift behind the desk at work (hotel) i know i shouldnt be but it suits my life more free time to do other things!
    I know on those 2 days i hardly move so i would be interested to see how much i actually do move and then sort the problem out from there.

    Just thort i would add my steps ive been working extra hours for the last wk and abit,due to the snow n ice etc since monday i have been walking to n from work as well...so steps are up abit
