    tried and nearly died lol

    i burned over 220 calories in 20 minutes so it's high intensity but i kept getting ruddy injured and couldn't complete it.

    going to get myself to full fitness and complete it in march.

    hope you get on with it great, my friend lost 2 inches from her waist and 2in from her hips and 4lbs in weight without dieting.
