Thread: If I lose I win!

So since my last weigh in Ive decided Im going to treat myself to something every time its good news!

Not clothes!....Thats just a waste of money on this journey

Im a nail polish addict / shoe (schuh) addict

So that is going to be my new "drug of choice"

Come the weekend. As i previously did, i used to always get 1...2 even 3 take aways!
now i get a new polish and go to town on my nails. And it is the exact same gratification, without the feeling of guilt after eating a pizza!

When i hit my stone marks. It will be shoes!

i got a matte polish. Its the love of my life lol

Oo ... what colour? I seem to love pastel purple at the mo. Lol

Its a deep red shimmer. But matte lol ill take a pic!

I bought myself some blinging glitter polish as Im down again this week. Yeeeeeahhh!!!!

Same here! I bought a new pair of boots for finally deciding to man up and make the change.

An extended family member has also said for every stone I lose he will pay me £10. £10 is £10 so yay.

Heya. Thanks for the crossed polish fingers ... must've worked as I lost 4lbs this week, not sure how as it was my birthday this week and I went over my dailies and weeklies. Will prob have a gain next week but will get back on plan tomorrow. Anyways, I'm getting a nail polish tomorrow! :-)
