    Smile Tesco ultra lite??

    Hi

    Just wanted to ask has anyone started or in progression in using tescos ultra lite vlcd shakes?

    Thinking about starting them as there cheaper, but like to know if anyone's had any positive results using them.

    I though Tesco Ultra Lite was a LCD, like Slim Fast?
    Losing inches for a healthier, happier and more confident me.

    EXTENDED GOAL: Size 12/14 by my birthday (June 15th, 2013) - current size 20.
