    Unhappy I'm 13 stone help please.

    Hello all, my name is Liam and here's my story just so you know...

    I used to be really healthy when I was young but then my dad got me a computer and I got addicted and used to be on it for more than 14 hours a day or more (every day) and I just totally forgot about the outside world and just ate and never went outside and we all know that's dodgy for human health, so after many years I grew fatter and fatter and now I'm 18 years old and 13 stone and every time I look at my belly or thighs and even my bum haha, It's just a fat mess and I feel really stupid for letting it happen, so I came in here for help and I've never asked for help before regarding my weight because I've become a very insecure person.

    My thighs are quite big so my legs go from the bottom (slim) to very wide and my bum sticks out back and really shows off when in smallish trousers .

    I would like to loose 3 stone and become 10 stone to look less fat stomach wide and loose thigh fat and bum fat.

    13 stone isn't too high... in fact that is the weight I am wanting to reach.

    You could lose 3 stone in 4 months of hard work bud. If you want to lose fat on particular parts of the body then exercise will be your main agenda. Research workouts for your stomach, thigh and bum. And obviously eat the right stuff, and the right amount of stuff.

    Use Rowing Machine for 60 minutes straight - Achieved 5/02/2013
    Exercise everyday for 28 days - Achieved 31/03/2013
    Fit into XL Boxers - Achieved 7/04/2013

    Jog for 5 Miles - In progress
    Reach Half-Century loss - In progress
    Under 268 by 19th Birthday (June 23rd) -In progress
