    January Challenge - who's in?

    Well Christmas is over and our excuse for eating too much has gone, now we've really got no excuses to not get back on the wagon and get the lbs shifting again. Well apart from NYE, that's why I'm starting again 1st Jan and being sensible up until then. So I thought that I'd start a challenge for January, anyone interested in joining me?

    Had a few weeks off so should have a nice first loss, I'm still going to aim for 14lbs though I think. Just add your name and target to the bottom of the list of the very last post if you want to join.

    I am not sure if I'm replying in the correct place but I pledge to lose 16lbs in January. Today I have just restarted the lipotrim diet and the idea of having a challenge in January is great;

    Hi, I am new to this site & love the idea of setting a target for January.

    I would like to lose about half a stone so if I lost that in Jan I'd be ecstatic!!
