    Eating 1000 calories a day?

I'm about 5'6 and 95kg, (I know I'm a fatty!). So I'm looking to hopefully lose about 25-30kg by July, desperately want a beach bod for my summer hols! Is this possible if I stick to a diet of around 1000-1200 calories a day and running 15km a day? I have MyFitnessPal installed on my iPhone which recommends that I eat 1340 cals a day but I'm just not hungry enough to reach that many! Any tips or advice is muchly appreciated :-) thanks!

As a women you should aim for about 1200 kcals a day, for womanly reasons.
Also if you eat too less your body will stop losing the weight, so it's better to eat a little more, if you can't eat your 1200 you can always take it up from 1000kcals by having a glass of orange juice or something
Currently enjoying slimming world extra easy plan.....
Goal - to finally achieve target in 2013, and I'm taking no prisoners!
No plus' in my brand new book!

I'm doing the same, working away from home and it's soooo hard to keep to the 1200 calories over by about 200 today

To gain weight with a high metabolism you will really have to up the calories. This means adding an extra 1000-2000 calories to your maintenance level calories. This will literally force your body to gain weight.

If you're having that much exercise you really need much more than 1000-1200 a day (you shouldn't go below 1200 anyway unless it's a properly supervised VLCD). 1340 still sounds much too low for that amount of exercise. I've never gone below 1400, and I do no exercise at all (and have lost 8 stone so far). Good luck. xx
