    Hi Everyone - My lent chocolate challenge is going well so far - resisting all sorts of temptation on that front but unfortunately have turned my attention to cream teas and biscuits. I am hoping to steer clear of chocolate bars on holiday but won't be strict on chocolate puddings if they are put in front of me!

    great to see such a crowd - hope to see the weight losses rolling in soon.

    Hey skinnies - I really need a bit of a pull up after a week or more of basic self sabotaging. No idea how much I have put on will weigh in on Thursday and update then. But for Lent I will go back to primal with no more cheats - no porridge, grains, refined sugar, legumes, dairy and swim 3 hours per week, boxercise one class and kettlebells two classes.
    I've come too far to give up now....
    So my Lent goal is to get to 10 stone 7lb.

    Expensive? RawrGirl just does a DVD. All you need is a mat if you don't have carpet, and a stretch band is nice for the unflexible (ie RawrGirl), but optional.

    I know- I even used to do it on my Wii fit! But much prefer a class, find it so much better! X
