    Team Skinny - Lose it with LENT!

    Hello hello!

    So here is a challenge to get us one step closer to a Skinny Summer (certainly my first skinny summer since I was about 10 years of age, ha ha!)

    I'm running this to coincide with Lent, so if you want to maybe give something up (or indeed take up something new) that you feel might spur on your weight loss, go for it! Target date will be Easter Sunday, March 31st, so that gives us 6.5 weeks.

    Just add your pledges below, all are welcome.

    • Get into the "11's" (-6lb) DONE!
    • Lose 1 Stone (-14lb) DONE!
    • Lose 10% body weight (-17lb) DONE!
    • Get into the "10's" (-19lb) DONE!
    • Lose 1.5 Stone (-21lb) DONE!
    • Reach pharmacy target of 10st10lb DONE!
    • Achieve a healthy BMI (<25) DONE!
    • Reach personal target of 10st7lb DONE!
    • Lose 2 Stone (-28lb) DONE!
    • Reach target of "9's" (-33lb) DONE!
    • Reach "ultimate" target of 9st 12lb (-2.5 stone/-35lb) DONE!
    • Fit comfortably into old Diesel jeans, waist 30" DONE!

    • Reach TARGET of 3 stone loss (-42lb, 9st 5lb)

    Loving the taking up yoga idea! I used to love yoga and should get back into it again really. For lent I am giving up sweet treats and as an asside I have started the 30 day shred 2 days ago too so will aim to keep it going through lent to try and get fit again. Not exercised in 6 months due to a bad foot and I have put on the weight I had lost and I feel so unfit! I used to go to the gym about 4 - 5 times a week and loved it! Here is to getting back to what I was with the help of you lovely folk
