Hey all,
I have been doing Slimming World for around 4 weeks now and in the first week lost 4 pound, then 1 and then no more and nothing else seems to be coming off, its as if I've hit a brick wall in the weight loss sense.
I havent been cheating and have been exercising every day and its just not budging.
Any ideas/tips?

i would say its just a matter of time when ur body kick again. if u wasnt cheating and sticked to the plan i must b ur body having a little protest 
i would recommed just caryy on and if nothing happened for another week or two maybe talk to them, maybe ur body doenst need as much food as them plan require?

Try doing a food diary to make sure your not having more syns than your entitled too.if yu are cut down a few ... Also try eating more, I know that sounds daft but try bulking your meals out more with super free and free foods
