I am finding this diet very difficult.i managed week one, but towards the end I ate ham, which kept me in ketosis but weight loss slowed down. I then tried for another week but by Sunday I had a major blip. I really need to shift my weight as I am diabetic but just get the feeling of boredom and want to put things in my mouth. Please give me some tips to stop this. My motivation is there but I just seem to fall down.
