    Exclamation Insanity workout challenge.

    Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone wants to do the Insanity workout challenge with me? Basically at the end see who's lost the most weight, haha. I started today and have just finished day 1, it is tough! If you don't have the DVD then there are plenty of videos on Youtube that show the workout like this one which I am using www.youtube.com/watch?v=3KL6q5N6pT4. Basically 60 days straight, see who can stick to it or not and then at the end see who's lost the most weight. You can join at any time so don't worry about it if you don't start today like I did. I'll be checking in once a week on Sundays to update my loss and you can too. Just add yourself on to the list, your starting weight and each week update how much you lost. I will also be doing this workout with clean eating.
    Lets see who can do this!

    this work out look sinsane lol! i would love to do it but im looking at it and im thinking that would kill me lol
    ive got the same goal weight as u n we the same height, but u defo braver !

    Hi , I did this last year and got great results with it, i have quit exercise since September( I started college). Im going to try and get up earlier and start it either tomorro or friday
    I lost 5kg the last time and was 54kg and that was with me not watching my diet at all.

    ah this is such an intense work out, I started it and did it for 3 weeks and saw changes and gave up! stupid me! how are you finding it??

    Im starting Insanity on 8th April, after the shred. Ive looked through my DVDs and its crazy intense. Cant wait to start, I would just be happy to get through the 60 days myself anywho haha. Month two is supposed to kill you haha!

    i have got another 17 lbs to lose till my target and after im done with fat lose im starting it to tone my body!! decided lol

    Oh and I bit the bullet and ordered the insanity DVD full set - it will arrive on thurs ready to start on Friday, I'm excited, but proper scared its gonna kill me, pleased I'm off work for another 1.5weeks after I start!! Can anyone tell me how much they ached after the first few workouts?? Xxx
    Operation Goal by Xmas commenced 9/4/13. 26lbs lost so far, 44 to go - meaning a target of between 1 & 1.5lbs is needed each week!
